ACT Chronic Conditions Alliance

The ACT Chronic Conditions Alliance is a network of Organisations concerned with improving the quality of life and access to services for people who have chronic health conditions. The Alliance meets approximately quarterly at The Pearce Centre. Meetings and events scheduled for 2011 are as follows;
